What a connection means

A connection is an approved channel or integration such as Telegram, a calendar, email or another service. The available options depend on the agent and build route. Telegram is available through the protected customer flow; other platforms may require managed setup and platform-specific approval.

Available channels

The builder currently presents Telegram, Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat and iMessage as possible requirements. Availability is shown honestly during configuration: Telegram is available now, while the other channels require a supported deployment, business account, workspace authorisation or tailored review.

Least access

Only connect services the workflow needs. Review the permission request, account and scope before approving it, and remove access when it is no longer needed. Prefer separate bot accounts, restricted workspaces and approval gates for actions that send messages or change records.

Connection problems

Check that the correct account is authorised, the integration has not expired and the agent is using the intended channel. Contact support if the connection repeatedly fails. Include the platform, agent name and approximate failure time, but never send tokens or passwords.
