Purposes and lawful bases

We process data to respond to enquiries and take steps before a contract, perform contracts, maintain security, improve and administer our services, meet legal obligations and pursue legitimate business interests. We use consent where the law requires it, including for optional marketing or certain sensitive data. Service messages are not marketing.

Recipients and international transfers

We use service providers for hosting, workflow automation, email, payments, model inference, integrations, analytics, professional advice and support. This can include Vercel, n8n, Stripe and the model or integration providers selected for a build. Where data leaves the UK, we use an applicable adequacy decision or contractual safeguards where required.

Retention

We normally retain unsuccessful enquiries for up to 24 months, contractual and accounting records for up to six years after the relationship ends, and operational data for the service period plus a limited backup or dispute period. Security logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed. We may keep data longer where law or a live claim requires it.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or port data, object to processing and withdraw consent. Email us to exercise them. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.

Cookies, children and security

We use necessary storage and limited attribution data; we do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. Our services are not directed to children under 18 without a parent or guardian. We apply proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but cannot promise absolute security.

Changes

We may update this notice and will publish the new date here. Material changes may also be communicated directly where appropriate.
