We minimise access, use reputable infrastructure providers and configure permissions around the agreed purpose. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Virtual agents may process data through selected cloud and model providers. Hardware agents can keep eligible workloads local, but connected features may still transmit data to third parties. The final scope explains the selected architecture.

OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and other providers may process prompts where selected. Connected services remain governed by their own terms, licences and privacy notices. We do not use customer content to train our own general-purpose models.
