• send spam, impersonate people, phish, distribute malware or access systems without permission;
• make solely automated high-impact decisions about people or provide unreviewed medical, legal, financial or safety advice;
• process sensitive or confidential information without a lawful purpose, suitable safeguards and the permissions required;
• circumvent usage limits, probe other tenants, extract credentials, or interfere with service availability.

Agents may be configured to prepare actions, but external side effects require the approval controls agreed for the build. We may investigate security signals, restrict tools, suspend access or end service where reasonably necessary to protect people, systems, providers or other customers.
