Email info@urbanace.co.uk from the address associated with your account and state whether you want access, a structured export, correction, restriction or objection. Include the relevant organisation or agent reference, but never send a password or secret.

Ask us to close your account and delete personal data that we no longer need. We may retain accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute and legally required records for the periods described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion of an agent may stop its service and remove its operational memory/files after the agreed retention or backup period; we will explain any dependency before acting.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify identity and protect another customer’s data. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions or limits. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you remain dissatisfied.
